A new take on the protein bliss ball today 🙂
I blended dried figs, navel orange, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, walnuts, raw cacao powder and cacao nibs, protein powder (egg, rice and pea) and some lucuma powder, until it was a slightly sticky dough that held together in one big block.
I pressed the mix down flat (or as flat as I could make it!) in a baking tin, before I spread melted 100% dark chocolate over the top. I left to set in the fridge before using a metal ring to cut it into discs.
Yummy with some warm, frothy almond milk, made with my new milk frother! 😀
