This….is quite self-explanatory. Cute, but self-explanatory. And very easy. If you’re patient and have plenty of toothpicks on hand for the assembly part.
I made (beef) mini-burgers, and used baked sliced sweet potato as the ‘buns’. I assembled them with a mix-and-match assortment of: lettuce, tomato, grilled aubergine, cucumber and beetroot. I think that was pretty much it!
